YOHOOOOOOOOO!!
Finally i'm back home, after went to annual event in Surabayaa yaitu The 7th Indie Clothing Expo 2015 in Grand City, Jalan Kusuma Bangsa. And today i'm gonna give you some reviews about wh i did in ICE 2015.
Oke, kayak tahun-tahun sebelumnya ICE selalu memiliki dua area, yaitu indoor dan outdoor. Dan like usually, indoor area dipenuhi oleh segala macam merk distro ternama di surabaya dan tentunya banyak sekali online shop yang berpartisipasi di acara ini. Salah satu distro dan olshop ternama tersebut seperti DEAF, Erigo Store, SMITH, Cosmic, Dloops, Flashy, Loony, dll.
nih harga tiket masuknya, atau kalian bisa beli yang VIP cardnya seharga 125ribu, lumayan dapet free kaos.
Dari awal aku dateng, emang ada sesuatu yang di incer, salah satu online shop ternama, menurutku sih spesialisnya jogger pants. Pasti sudah pada tau nih hahaha, yaiyalah siapa sih yang ga tau Erigo Store?? Kenapa sih di ICE 2015 aku ngebet banget buat ngincer Erigo Store?? oke, jadi gini ceritanya.. at this time mereka bakal ngasih diskon gila-gilaan. BUY 2 GET 5 LOH!! you will get 5 jogger pants, and also buy 2 get 3 buat kaosnya. ya allah. Keren kan? siapa sih anak gahul surabaya yang ga tergoda? secara jaman sekarang kan jogger pants produksi erigo ini lagi jamannya.
Awalnya baru awal dateng jam 10.30 aku sih nyantai aja, dan aku kira juga masih sepi-sepi aja, gara-garanya gaada orang yang bertebaran di area ICE ini, malahan aku berpikir kalo aku datengnya kepagian. Eh gataunya waktu ketemu booth erigo, GILA! antriannya panjang banget sampe ngelilingi booth erigo yang berbentuk kotak. Dan sialnya aku dapet antrian dipaling ujung barisan. Setelah penantian panjang selama 1jam aku berdiri (karena nunggu buka juga waktu itu dia masih persiapan), alhasil dapet juga jogger pantsnya. Walaupun sempet kehabisan stock dan ukuran. Ehhh! tunggu, sebelum aku masuk ke booth ini, ada adek kelas yang bolos lewat. Dan entah kenapa aku merasa keren banget, iyoooot bener keren banget kece abis gaol gela karena berada dibarisan paling depan, dan sekarang antriannya semakin amat sangat panjang. HAHAHAHA. Mungkin adek kelas gue iri, mungkin. HAHAHAHA.
ini hasilnyaaaaa lumayan 650 dapet 5, harga normal untuk 1 jogger pants itu 325ribu loh
Then how about outdoor area? well i forgot to take some picture. And this was what i got.
Walaupun sempat gerimis tapi foodcourt area ini tetap berjalan seperti biasanya. Jikalau dirimu, lelah sehabis belanja, haus dehidrasi setelah jalan-jalan, disini memang tempatnya, ga jauh dari indoor area kalian bisa mencicipi aneka makanan, jajan, dan tentu saja minuman. Seperti justcyubit, sego njamoer, bon chon, nasi bakar, dan kentang serta sosis yang ga kalah enak dari tempat biasanya. Harganya terjangkau, dan enak-enak.
Nah ayo buruan serbu The 7th Indie Clothing Expo di Grand City, sayang lho tinggal 2hari lagi sabtu ama minggu, rugi banget
kalo ga dateng. Acaranya seru-seru, kalo malem ada perform live band.

YOHOOOOOOOOOO!!! Akhirnya Selesai juga hari-hari yang tak ditunggu anak SMA Se-Indonesia [tapi rasae cuman aku deh] yaitu "Ujian Nasional" atau biasa disebut UN/UNAS. Siapa sih yang ga seneng ngelewatin masa-masa iki rek? bayangin aja setelah belajar mati-matian dan penuh dengan perjuangan ikut les selama hampir setahun [soale kelas 1 & 2 tak roso-roso, arek-arek yo ga genah blas nek belajar wahaha] disana sini demi menempuh nilai rapot & UNAS bagus dengan harapan bisa melanjutkan pendidikan ke universitas negeri/swasta yang diinginkan. Nah! setelah melewati unas, tentu saja banyak waktu luang untuk leyeh2 serta me-magerkan diri. Tapi bagi arek-arek pinter, jelaas waktu luang itu digunakan untuk bimbingan belajar tambahan demi menempuh tes SBMPTN [atau kasarnya ujian tulis buat masuk universitas]. Then how about me? kayaknya mustahil bagi bocah like me to do that things. Berhubung bingung mau ngapain dan sadar akan blog ini yang dibuat tetapi tidak digunakan, maka dengan sepenuh keyakinan aku memutuskan untuk aktif mengisi blog ini dengan ulasan/review mengenai APAPUN. Inget ya APAPUN! karena aku orangnya kadang tidak menentu, aka apapun akan aku review dan aku tuangkan ke blog ini, entah tentang makanan, film, produk, lagu, artis, event in Surabaya and.... i don't know what else, pokoknya randomlah yakin rek hehehe. Jadi tunggu update-an berikutnya yaaa. Inshaallah blognya aktif beneran kok, doain biar tetep update terus ya rek! Hukum
Pidana Islam sering disebut dalam fiqhi dengan istilah jinayat atau jarimah. Jinayat dalam istilah
hukum sering disebut dengan delik atau tindak pidana. Jinayah merupakan bentuk verbal noun
(mashdar) dari kata jana. Secara etimologi jana berarti berbuat dosa atau
salah, sedangkan jinayah diartikan perbuatan dosa atau perbuatan salah. Secara
terminologi kata jinayat mempunyai beberapa pengertian, seperti yang
diungkapkan oleh Abd al Qodir Awdah bahwa jinayat adalah perbuatan yang
dilarang oleh syara' baik perbuatan itu mengenai jiwa, harta benda, atau
lainnya.
Qiyas
Qiyas artinya menggabungkan atau menyamakan artinya menetapkan suatu
hukum suatu perkara yang baru yang belum ada pada masa sebelumnya namun
memiliki kesamaan dalah sebab, manfaat, bahaya dan berbagai aspek dengan
perkara terdahulu sehingga dihukumi sama.
Hudud
menurut syar’i, hudud adalah hukuman-hukuman kejahatan yang
telah ditetapkan oleh syara’ untuk mencegah dari terjerumusnya seseorang kepada
kejahatan yang sama (Manarus Sabil II: 360).
Qisas
Qisas
adalah istilah dalam hukum islam yang berarti pembalasan, mirip dengan istilah
"hutang nyawa dibayar nyawa". Dalam kasus pembunuhan hukum qisas
memberikan hak kepada keluarga korban untuk meminta hukuman mati kepada
pembunuh.
Diat
Diat
Adalah hukuman yang telah ditentukan betasannya, tidak ada batas terendah dan
tertinggi tetapi menjadi hak perorangan, ini berbeda dengan hukuman had yang
menjadi hak Allah semata.
Ta'zir
Ta'zir itu
adalah hukuman pendidikan atas dosa (tindak pidana) yang belum ditentukan
hukumannya oleh syara'.
Kafarat
Berasal
dari kata dasar kafara (menutupi sesuatu). Artinya adalah denda yang wajib
ditunaikan yang disebabkan oleh suatu perbuatan dosa, yang bertujuan menutup
dosa tersebut sehingga tidak ada lagi pengaruh dosa yang diperbuat tersebut,
baik di dunia maupun di akhirat.
Ilmu Fiqh : Fiqh adalah ilmu yang menerangkan hukum-hukum syara’ yang ditetapkan secara khusus bagi perbuatan-perbuatan para manusia (mukallaf) seperti wajib, haram, mubah, sunnah, makruh, perikatan yang sahih (sah), perikatan yang fasid (rusak) dan yang batal, serta menerangkan tentang ibadah yang dilaksanakan secara qada’(pelaksanaannya di luar ketentuan waktunya) dan hal-hal lain semacamnya.
Ushul
fiqih adalah ilmu pengetahuan tentang kaidah-kaidah dan
pembahasan yang dipergunakan dalam pengambilan hukum syara yang praktis dari
dalil-dalil yang terperinci. Jadi sasarannya adalah membahas dan membuat kaidah, bukan membahas
rincian hukum atau menyimpulkan hukum dari dalil-dalil Alquran dan
hadits.
B. Objek Kajian
Fiqih
: perbuatan
mukalaf menurut apa yang telah ditetapkan syara' tentang ketentuan hukumnya.
Ushul
fiqih : dalil-dalil syara' atau sumber umum hukum syara' itu
sendiri dan hukum umum yang diperoleh dari sumber umum hukum syara'.
C. Tujuannya
Ilmu
fiqih : menerapkan hukum syara' pada setiap perkataan dan
perbuatan mukalaf.
Ushul
fiqih : meletakan kaidah yang dipergunakan dalam menetapkan
hukum setiap perbuatan atau perbuatan mukalaf.

Linux is a free Unix-type operating system for computer devices. The

2. Understanding files and folders
Linux is made with one thought in mind: Everything is a file.
A blank piece of paper is called a file in the world of computers. You
can use this piece of paper to write a text or make a drawing. Your text
or drawing is called information. A computer file is another way of
storing your information.
To organize our files into a system we use folders. The lowest possible folder is root / where you will find the user homes
called /home/.

Your filesystems lowest folder root / contains the following folders:

Essential user command binaries (for use by all users)
/boot
Static files of the boot loader, only used at system startup

User home directories. This is where you save your personal files

Essential shared libraries and kernel modules

Add-on application software packages
/usr
/usr is the second major section of the filesystem. /usr is
shareable, read-only data. That means that /usr should be shareable
between various FHS-compliant hosts and must not be written to. Any
information that is host-specific or varies with time is stored
elsewhere.
/var
/var contains variable data files. This includes spool directories
and files, administrative and logging data, and transient and temporary
files.
/proc
System information stored in memory mirrored as files.
The only folder a normal user needs to use is
/home/you/
- this is where you will be keeping all your documents.
Files are case sensitive, "myfile" and "MyFile" are two different files.
3. Who and what is root
Linux has one special user called root (this is the user
name). Root is the "system administrator" and has access to all files
and folders. This special user has the right to do anything.
You should never log on as this user unless you actually need to do something that requires it!
Use "su -" to temporary become root and do the things you need, again: never log into your sytem as root!
Root is only for system maintenance, this is not a regular user (LindowsOS don't have any
user management at all and uses root for everything, this is a very bad idea!).
